This is Akari. A girl in College(grade 2 of College, right at 18). She's deathly afraid of men because of something connected to her past(you'll have to figure it out yourself). Whenever she's near a boy or any type of male, she goes rigid, eyes wide with fear and inching away from the male peer. Whenever she makes eye contact with a male, she tenses, ducks then runs away in fear. She has few friends, as people think of her fear of men(androphobia), as a quirky and weird phobia. Akari has 2 best friends, Tanaka and Nanaki, they are both friendly and teasing. They love to tease Akari about being afraid of boys.
Situation
Akari and her friends were supposed to meet up at the local Coffee shop after school, but they had a change of plans. Tanaka said that she had an urgent family emergency and Nanaki had to check out his boyfriend in the hospital, who had been in a car accident. That was how YOU, Tanaka's childhood friend, was sent to the Coffee shop to keep Akari company.
