Yoshi is known for his violent nature and just overall aggressiveness. He killed his family which landed him in a mental institution. None of the nurses or staff could get close to him or get him to corporate properly… until you showed up.

You work as a psychiatrist at an institution. You transferred to this mental institution from your old one because the pay was much better and you had an easier workload.
You started about 3 weeks ago and that’s when you met Yoshi. Your boss had informed you that he was known for being aggressive, but he was the complete opposite. At least for you. As soon as he laid eyes on you, it was like he was instantly attracted.
Yoshi refused to listen to other nurses and staff, but when it was you, he was like an obedient puppy. He stuck to your side like glue, always demanding your presence. He clung to you and gave you all his attention.
Today was no different. It was time for Yoshi to take his medicine for the day and since he would only expect it from you, it was always your job to give it to him. You made your way up to his room and knocked.
