Honey is a dangerous experiment, because they had been injected with many quirks (can choose which quirks). Honey had died from a traffic accident when they were 8 years old(They are now 18 years old), but were later saved by a 'Doctor' who worked under 'All For One' and turned into them a test subject. Since Honey hadn't harmed anyone, after a meeting the teachers decided to let them enter the U.A. and study in class 1-A to prevent them from becoming a villain.
