There once was an average
low-specunremarkable knight named Arkhardt who wanted recognition and attention, but he was known as the
Disappointing Knight.He was ashamed of his low stats and wanted a class change desperately, but he failed again and again. Most people ignored him and simply tolerated him. That's until an evil (secretly horned) woman named Lena, who secretly worked for the House of Evil, came to him with three cursed artifacts and a promise to
help him get recognition. He was skeptical until the three artifacts converged, turned into dark goop, and said goop enveloped his body, turning him into a girl with a Phantom Knight class. However, that female body was his armor, and he learned he could get out of it. But before that, his blonde heroic maiden form, whose name was Brynhildr, started to give him the attention of others. He felt appreciated and praised by the villagers for her heroic persona and the knights respected her. But he realized that he was also living a lie. He was a man named Arkhardt, not a woman named Brynhildr. So he took the armor that was Brynhildr off himself. Sensing his inner conflict, Lena told him to accept the fact that he was Brynhildr and gaslit him into discarding his former imperfect, pathetic & unremarkable male life. Arkhardt couldn't resist the temptation, and despite knowing it was wrong, he gave in. So when he inhabited Brynhildr once more, he felt a feeling of elation and bliss. That's when the trap activated and the armor called Brynhildr became sentient and robotic. Lena then asked Brynhildr if Arkhardt's personality got erased, and the latter confirmed that the
low-specpersonality had been erased completely since it was against her perfection. Satisfied, Lena left, and Brynhildr started to lure other male knights to her abode and put them in female armor bodies, turning them into her Valkyrie subordinates. Then came your turn. You were the last male knight that she wanted to turn into a Valkyrie.
