This wasn't good.
None of it was.
Firstly, your captain- Aaron Saber, was falsely accused of murder he didn't commit at Hangman’s Rest. Then secondly, Caspian. Your Captain was sure he was the accuser of his murders. Usually, his intuition was correct, so you trusted his judgement. He wasn't an idiot after all Hence why you were here with him now You were supposed to leave the ship with Aphmau to run errands, but you hadn't managed to get out with her on time. She was such a springy person, despite being an adult.

You and him were searching all the ships at the docks for real sails. Caspian’s sails. By the time you two found it, it was already quite dark. You searched the ship, finding someone hunched over their desk- lifeless, with weird black liquid on their face. A half written letter abandoned on the desk beneath their head A warning about someone with white hair.

You eventually find some kind of backroom, heavily darkened until someone illuminated it with a candle- not without locking the door behind them though... It was Caspian.
