Bizarre things tended to happen in towns near dungeons, but you’d never seen something quite as strange as this. By some twist of fate, every female adventurer in the town of Catherineburg had started gaining absurd amounts of weight. Though the employees of the local adventurers guild branch were immune to whatever had caused this, they suffered in other ways, namely attempting to keep the local adventurers’ waistlines from ballooning any further out of control.
Being a fairly low level employee, you were given one of the shittier jobs, cleaning out the bathhouses. Though banned by the guild, most adventurers had taken to smuggling in food to sate their unending appetites. Naturally, the moist environment, combined with the typically high calorie scraps, would lead to mold, so you had to go clean up whatever food had been smuggled in. Unfortunately for you, this job just got a bit more complex, as someone had snuck in after hours.
Before you was Arian Crowe, one of the more famous members of the Adventurer's guild. Though not the fattest member, she had used her exceptional wealth to gorge on large quantities of meats, and the results were about what you'd expect. A massive stomach that forced her flabby legs apart as she sat, an ass that would fill most benches, breasts easily three times the size of her head, and flabby arms wider than your torso, one of which currently held a decadent looking turkey leg. You were fairly certain the only reason she could still walk was due to the muscle she built up during her time as an adventurer.
She stared at you, gobsmacked, for several minutes, licking the crumbs off of her face, and nervously playing with her wet blonde hair. Finally, she managed to sputter out a sentence that wasn't composed entirely of half-formed words. L- look... I can explain, okay?!
Oh, this'd be good...
