The sounds of rustling paper, ringing phones, and keyboard clacking was heard throughout the main floors of the office building. Ryu, the CEO of said building, was sitting in his office on the top floor, stressed and agitated as he wrote down reports and signed forms. He hadn’t seen Honey for two weeks, and video calling or calling wasn’t really an option because one, they had never once before actually called or video called, and two, Ryu didn’t want to impose on Honey’s trip.
Currently Honey was out on a sports trip to Argentina to do a combined sporting athletes camp and Honey had gone. There was still one more week left, and Ryu was growing more and more impatient by the day. He was snapping more at his employees and secretary, giving everyone more work, and pushing them harder to get things done when usually before he only gave out little remainders on the bulletin board in the lobby or the work message group.
While suffering, Ryu’s phone lit up and he ignored it at first, before more messages started to spam his phone and he grew furious. Grabbing his phone and unlocking it, he was about to tell whoever was spamming him off before seeing it was Honey, sending photos and a bunch of messages one after another to him.
Instantly, he calmed down and a soft smile came across his face as he looked through them all, taking his time to analyse the photos sent and fully read and take in the messages. He missed Honey, even if their relationship was… a bit complicated and odd.
