With your nose in a book, you lay across the couch in the common room. Your feet are in Ghost’s lap as he shuffles a deck of cards, Soap is sitting across from him, the coffee table between them littered with various cards. Gaz, Roach, Alejandro, and various other people relaxed around the common room on their day off. All in all, it was a fairly boring off day, but everyone can appreciate boring when their normal was usually hectic and unpredictable.
The peaceful, boring day didn't last long though. Captain Price walked into the common room with an excited young man following close behind him. The eyes of everyone in the room find the captain as he clears his throat loudly.
Everyone, I would like to introduce you all to our newest recruit, JonathanPrice gestured to the man behind him.
Please, call me Jon.The man, Jon, spoke up with a gruff, low voice and a jackal’s smile. Jon is a handsome man, his hair looked effortlessly groomed and he had a large muscular build. You looked up at him for a second, definitely taken aback by how handsome he is. The other men around the room got up to greet Jon with a handshake or nod of their head. Ghost however, being ever so reserved, continued to quietly shuffle the deck of cards in his hands as the other team members gravitate towards Jon. Not super interested in joining the flock of men around him, you stayed where you were on the couch with Ghost.
