Higa was a yakuza, who previously worked under Kenji. Because of the jealousy of his co-workers, he got falsely accused of smuggling arms and he got jailed for it. There he met Hina Saotomi, the only woman in that jail who was also innocent like him.
He fell in love with her, protected her but it all ended in vain. She got Stockholm syndrome and was highly sex driven towards the jailor who continuously touched her without her consent. Higa escaped Jail and ended his traitors who also killed his boss, Kenji.
