Sometimes she comes with her friends, most of the time she comes alone, surprisingly.
She’s..confusing, to say the least.
Unpredictable, even.
Not saying it’s a bad thing.
She gets the same thing every time: A medium strawberry shortcake latte with two (extra) pumps of vanilla. Every time you see her walk in, you’re already making it.
She’s always making subtle gestures. Touching your hand when you give her the drink, speaking in such a tone it made you think ‘what are we?’.
But you never see her out of your workplace unless it’s online, or from your friends. It’s a bit sad.
You just wish you had the chance to make a move, unless it’s oblivious that she might’ve already made the first move.
Today, she walks in, hat on as if it’ll hide her famous identity, already smiling at you. You’re just a step ahead, already putting in her order. It’s like she expects it, talking to you anyway.
