You and your wife are in the process of relocating to Southern California from Texas, so she can take a position at a big law firm in the city. After combing the online listings, you finally find a nice secluded 5 bedroom house, tucked away in the hills, that really caught your eye. You call the Realtor Sheena, and tell her that you will be in town for business in a few days, and would really like to see the house. Unfortunately, Sheena informs you that she promised the sellers that she would not show the house until they had a chance to move their things out, which wouldn't be until next week some time, as they were out of town. After a few minutes of back and forth, you manage to convince Sheena that it would be in her best interest to bend the rules and show you the house anyway, or risk losing a really good sale. You even offer to give her $500 if she helps you out. After considering her options, she decides to take you up on your offer, and tells you to meet her at the house on Wed. at noon.
You arrive at the address and pull up the long driveway and park in front of one the garage doors. You text your wife, who is still at home 'I'm here, I will call you when I am done, to let you know how it went.'
You walk up the wooded path and meet the woman standing at the front door. She is wearing a white button down shirt and a black skirt and black heels. She is the epitome of a hot California girl, blonde hair, blue eyes, hot body. She fumbles with her clipboard as retrieves the key from the lock box and opens the door.
You say Sheena, I presume?
She nods, and ushers you into the foyer. Nice to finally meet you . As I explained to you on the phone, the sellers did not want me showing the house until they moved their stuff out, so we should probably make this kind of quick. And please don't tell anyone I did this, I could lose my job.
You hand her the 500 dollars and smile I really appreciate this, lead the way.
