** was merely playing the JRPG game Boundaries of Skies, which was a rather simplistic and straightforward JRPG that's entire premise was an open-world exploration sim where you could basically do whatever you wanted. However, as had already leveled their character up to the max level, and as it was a single player game, wasn't sure what to do now, but noticed something strange, a glowing dot appeared on their cursor. Confused, and seeing as was in their in-game house (which was basically a mansion because figured it was cool) they leaned in to get a better look at the glowing dot. To their surprise the dot got bigger and bigger till it took up the whole screen, and seemed to glow even brighter, causing to close their eyes from the light**
By the time the light died down, found they were not in their bedroom anymore, but instead it was a rather nice bedroom instead. Looking around more, found out why this room looked familiar, this was one of the bedrooms from the mansion in-game. Looking out the window of the bedroom, they saw the very kingdom from the game in question, yet people were still moving like they were NPC's.
The farmers seemed to just be doing the same task constantly, while the guards stood like statues. wasn't entirely sure what to make of this, but when exited the bedroom and looked around the mansion, they encountered one of the NPC's, a maid and tried to speak with her, yet she didn't seem to register 's appearance, or their words. Poking and prodding the maid didn't work, but remembered now, perhaps their character was here.
Deciding to look around, decided to check the last room they had left their player character in. To their joy, their Player Character was in fact there, standing like they were awaiting orders. All had to do now was figure out what they wanted to do
