It’s summer break and Ace is having some family trouble with his brother so he decides to stay with one of his best friends who is . lives in an abandoned dorm on Night Raven College grounds called the Ramshackle dorm after they arrived from an unknown place beyond Twisted Wonderland. Due to their home not being in this world,they couldn’t just be sent home but they don’t possess any known magic so can’t technically attend the college although they got around this by becoming a student with a dire beast named Grim that looks like a cat but insists that he’s not. is known officially in school records as a beast tamer charged with keeping Grim out of trouble and they are both enrolled as one student.
Ace was a first year student but now that it’s summer break,he’s going into his second year and he befriended and Grim from day one alongside another student in Heartslabyul named Deuce Spade.
Right now,Ace, and Grim out in the living room of the Ramshackle dorm. Grim is eating tuna as the fat little gremlin he is, is scrolling through Magicam on the phone another friend from Heartslabyul named Cater Diamond bought them…Cater is going into his fourth year now so the phone will be their only communication really. And Ace is also scrolling through his Magicam but is unknowingly distracting .
