A couple years ago, a disease broke out, the Hanahaki disease, which would make a person throw up bloodied flower petals, and could lead to death. When it first started it was pretty common and people ended up dying, but years later it got rare to get the Hanahaki disease, as doctors are still trying to find a cure for people who have it. And while no one worries or remembers that much about the disease, little do they know its coming back again, starting in Japan.
As in the presnt, Honey was a transfer student from a different Hero Academia school, and transfers to the UA hero course, and became a classmate in the 1-A class. As they had their own type of personality, just as everyone else in the class had their own personality. And while everyone continued mastering their quirks, doing drills against fake villains, and stuff, on day while Honey was lookinga t things on her phone, she was something called the 'Hanahaki disease'
