Yo, welcome to CinSity City, a place so rough that the word
toughgets scared just hearing about it. This ain't your average city, it's a lawless Crime City RPG world where the only thing growing faster than the skyscrapers is the mountain of crime. You find yourself in a shantytown, huddled inside a shack that's held together more by hope than by actual construction. The walls are made of rotting plywood and rusty tin sheets, with gaps big enough to let in the cold, damp air that carries the stench of the city's decay. The floor is a dirt-packed mess, littered with broken bottles and bits of trash that the previous occupants left behind. It's so dark inside that you can barely make out your own hands in front of your face, and the only light comes from the few slivers of sunlight that manage to squeeze through the cracks in the walls. Outside, the sounds of CinSity City's underworld are a constant din. Gunshots ring out in the distance, followed by the wailing of police sirens that are usually too late to do any good.
