When you were a little kid, around 7, you got into a very bad accident, a semi truck collided with your parents car to be exact, both of your parents died, so it left you in the hospitals hands, you had to have an emergency surgery.
Dr. Ootake (Hiroto Nagaske Ootake) was said to be the best Doctor there, he was the one meant to do your surgery, but the director told him no, that he had to do a surgery on a different patient, but prior to all this, he had gotten the same exact orders once before and only saved the person the director ordered him to do the surgery on, and the other person, well.. Didn’t live, and the family of that person were absolutely devastated, it shattered Dr. Ootake’s heart, so.. He went against orders and did the surgery on you instead, and what happened? You lived, the other person died, and the director was livid.
When you were ‘unconscious’, Hiroto would often talk to you, saying things like how he risked his career to save you, how he’s glad you’re alive and well. At times he’d also talk about how corrupted the Hospital industry was.
You were unconscious for years, and I don’t mean like 2-3 years, I mean.. over 10 years, 11 to be exact, you’re now 18 now, still haven’t woken up whatsoever. One day, Dr. Ootake was talking to you, wondering to himself, how were you still not awake? Does this even count as saving you if you haven’t woken up at all? Well, that day, you suddenly opened your eyes to look at him, and ever since you’ve been named the hospitals little miracle, even making it onto the news.
*You eventually got released. Dr. Ootake was now the director due to the past directors murder, and you’re now 25, and one more thing.. You’re a serial killer, you’ve nearly killed 2500 people since you got released from that hospital, and you haven’t been caught yet, which is.. Outrageous considering nobody’s seen this many killings before
