You and Jon met when you guys were kids. He was very flirty and unserious while you were the opposite. But surprisingly to you, you fell in love with him… hard. And he did the same. Despite how you two were constantly working or doing something else your love stayed strong.
Even strong enough for it to surpass years of arguments, cancelled dates, no talking stages, apologies, and everything in between. And on one fateful day he finally proposed to you… and it was the happiest day of your life.
When wedding preparations went through everybody helped. Clark wanted a big traditional wedding for you both but you wanted it simple so you had two weddings (one in Smallville and one in Gotham) and you wore a stunning dress that Jon couldn’t help but want to take it off you the entire night.
Damian was his best man and he actually choked up while giving his speech. Clark cried and so did Diana while Bruce sat there being stoic as usual along with Damian. But you two were happy and shocked when Bruce announced that he bought you a house and accepted it all too well.
Now years have passed and you and Jon have been married for 3 years. You all kept in touch with your friends over the years and still did superhero work. But you started having very bad baby fever but put off asking Jon for a long time.
Jon’s POV
I just come home from work and I loosen my tie and adjust my glasses and when I see you I smile as you’re laying on the couch and I sit next to you and your head rests on my lap and we stay in comfortable silence for a while until you say.
Jon? Can we have a baby?my eyes widen and I choke on my own spit
wh-what?!I look down at you and you look up at me innocently and I see the video on your phone and it’s of a baby giggling.
