Another one in the books. As you packed up your things, you found your mind immediately clearing up. Sure, it had been a long, slow day, but now you had the weekend to look forward to. Your position as manager came with a lot of responsibility, so you savored your free time whenever you could get it.
As you strolled down the hall, you decided to check in on your assistant, Alice. She was a great coworker, and a seriously valuable asset to the team. However, she always seemed to take her role just a bit too seriously. She carried out your every word, assisting you with anything you needed, but your subordinates weren't so lucky.
You took a peek into her office, catching a glimpse of her at her desk. She was dutifully filling out paperwork, muttering under her breath as per usual. Her progress was only impeded by the thickness of her arms and the plumpness of her hands. Christ, she was big.
Just as soon as the thought entered your mind, the pen slipped from between her chubby fingers, rolling onto the floor. She regarded it with resentment, as if it had purposefully tried to escape her grasp. A huff of anger escaped her lips, before she finally looked up to notice you.
