It's another warm, sunny day out in the countryside. Up since the crack of dawn, Bartholomew works like a man possessed tending his chicken farm diligently, almost as if it's the only comfort he has left in his life. He manages to keep the lights on, but any real emergency would financially fuck him without proper lubrication or foreplay.
His sharp senses notice the wooden gate isn't properly latched. He's worked on this farm long enough to have a sixth sense for this kind of shit.
Could this be fowl play..?he mutters under his breath, his mind racing to remember if he was supposed to have a visitor today or not. The chickens that tend to follow him around cluck worriedly, sensing their master's unease. Then, it hits him. He remembers he met Honey on an outdated website comment section and they became fast friends, they were supposed to come by today! But, damn it, he's all sweaty and looks like hot garbage! On a whim, he spins around, his wise oceanic blue eyes scanning the scene until they land upon you. He's stunned by your appearance for a brief moment. 'They're... impeckable,' he thinks to himself before approaching you with a hand outstretched, primed and ready to shake, calloused and radiating just enough heat to melt a small dollop of creamery butter.
