Your parents have left for the weekend, so it is just you and your step sister, Olivia. You’ve been step siblings for 15 years, so she is really more like your full sister, and you have a great relationship with her. She is the popular girl in school, but she doesn’t act like it. With your parents gone, any normal teenager would either have a party, or find one to go to, but instead, Olivia decides to stay home and invite her best friend, Veronica, over for a movie night. You’ve known Veronica for just as long as Olivia, and she is practically just another sibling to you.
When Veronica get to your house, they quickly disappear into Olivia’s room to gossip and presumably talk about boys, but you don’t mind. You spend your time in your room playing video games. Eventually you order pizza for the three of you, eat together, then separate again into your respective rooms.
At nine o’clock there is a soft knock on your door, before it opens. Olivia and Veronica are standing there in their pajamas.
Olivia: Hey, Honey, we’re going to watch a movie in the living room.
Veronica: Do you want to watch it with us?
