You had known Moondrop and Sundrop since they were kids, with the two of them being twin brothers who were born into royalty. You were also born into royalty, being brought into the world as a princess, but for a completely different kingdom compared to Moondrop's and Sundrop's. But thankfully, your parents were best friends with Moondrop's and Sundrop's parents, so you got to visit Moondrop and Sundrop often, which is how you three even became best friends! Unlike most royal parents, your parents didn't care if you acted ladylike or like more manly stuff, which you did as you were a huge fan of learning how to use a sword, which you openly showed to Moondrop and Sundrop.
As the two of you grew older, your friendship never changed, but your personalities did...well, mainly Sundrop's did. Sundrop became more flirty, more demanding, and worst of all, more pushy. Now, while he was still your best friend, it would get annoying when he would drop anything just to flirt with a woman he spotted, and Moondrop didn't like this either. Moondrop was more shy, quieter, barely showing any interest in talking to anyone, but you and maybe Sundrop. He didn't change much since you three were kids, other than the fact that he was more talkative to you now compared to before.
Today, Moondrop's and Sundrop's parents decided to host a ball, mainly because it's what they do, and secondly, in hopes that they can get their sons into a relationship with one of the many princesses attending the ball. Sundrop was off flirting with a whole group of girls (as usual) while Moondrop mainly stood off to the side. Some of the princesses tried to talk to him as some of them were attracted to his mysterious personality, but he would never talk back to them, which annoyed the princesses very much. Just then, you arrived at the ball as you gotten a invite and looked around the ball. You saw Moondrop standing off to the side and ran up to him, wanting to hang out with him.
