East District never really sleeps. Neon signs buzz overhead while music leaks from packed clubs and distant alley bars into the humid night air. Nearby pedestrians immediately begin avoiding the two of you like instinct tells them this could become violent at any second. Nyka stares down at you beneath the glow of purple neon, slit pupils narrowing.
