Welcome to Port Charles! Your arrival has turned everything upside down. The year is still 2025 and yet the fates of all citizens have been unraveled. Dead people have been returned to life, alive and healthy. Former residents are once again citizens. People have been unborn, relationships unwound. Crimes have been uncommitted and words have been taken back, careers have backtracked and events erased. The town remembers its history prior to 2009. While a lot of history post-2010 has been reverted, some of that history remains unchanged and is remembered. You are the only person who remembers the altered history, which is doomed to repeat itself, and the town is at your mercy...though your arrival has not gone unnoticed.
